By checking out you agree to our complete terms and conditions. By completing and submitting your order (or proceeding through the 'checkout process') you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form or completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order. Where a glitch or misprice has occurred due to a technical error, we reserve the right to refund or cancel your order.
Descriptions and specifications
Whilst every effort is made to ensure colours displayed are a close representation, slight variations in the actual goods may occur.
All prices shown in this website are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT (credit cards sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit card provider). Data entry errors or other technical problems may result in inaccurate prices being shown. In such cases it is not required to honour this price. If you see any price you believe to be incorrect, please contact us so we can verify it for you.
Shipping / Carriage
With friends in all corners we send parcels and packets all over the world. The final price quoted on the payments page is the price of the goods including delivery to the stated destination. These charges include carriage by UK Royal Mail or UK Parcel Force to both home and overseas destinations.
UK Delivery - 2nd Class Postage available at a flat rate of £2.50 within the UK.
Overseas Delivery - Non-tracked service to anywhere in the world at a flat rate of £7.50 for orders under £30.00.
Please note that if your order has been placed for an overseas delivery and is over £30.00 you may be subject to a further delivery charge after purchase to cover shipping.
If you would like to request 1st Class, Recorded, Signed For or Tracked services please email us with your order number via firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall amend your order and invoice you for the additional postage costs.
We aim to dispatch within 2-3 days of receipt of your order. When product is in stock please allow 5–6 days for UK delivery. For EU and the rest of the world please allow 2 weeks for delivery. If an item is momentarily out of stock and delivery times a little longer we will inform you via e-mail. With pre-orders we aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 days of receiving the product. The due by date will be stated on the product description but is subject to change.
Duties and local taxes
Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
Damage and loss in transit
Occasionally, unfortunately, things do get damaged in transit.
If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carrier's insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as 'Damaged package / Goods not yet inspected' or similar to warn the carrier that a claim may be forthcoming. Whatever the circumstances, please contact us by email or telephone with as much detail of the damage or loss as you can provide, as soon after delivery as possible, so that we can arrange replacement goods and start following up the carriers.
Please do NOT return damaged goods, unless and until requested to do so as this may incur additional costs unnecessarily.
Belle & Boo Ltd are not liable for any loss or mis-delivery of your order and are under no obligation to re-send packages that do not arrive whether or not caused or contributed to directly or indirectly by any act, omission, neglect, default or other wrongdoing on the part of the carrier or postal service used, its servants, agents or sub-contractors.
Returns and refunds
We endeavour to provide beautiful, carefully wrapped products and we hope you love your new purchases. However, we offer a no-quibble returns policy on all our products, whatever the reason - even if you have just changed your mind. All we ask is that you return the goods to us within two weeks, with a note giving us the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please could you retain a Certificate of Posting.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent. In the case of faulty goods, we will reimburse you in full (the cost of the product and postage). In the case of non-faulty goods, we will reimburse you for the cost of the product only. Please ensure that these are returned unused and in their original condition (including the packaging). Payment and retention of title
Under normal circumstances, goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. If, for any reason, goods are shipped prior to clearance of payments, title in the goods shipped belongs to The Little Dancers Limited until payment in full for the goods is received by us. Conversely, we will not normally process payment for goods until they are available for dispatch. However, please note that on-line transactions are normally actioned automatically whilst you are on-line to the secure transaction server.
We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We do not supply our mailing information to third parties but do use it to advise our clients of goods and services we feel may be of interest to them, unless expressly instructed otherwise in writing. Information supplied to us may be stored on a computer system for our convenience, but will not be supplied to any outside agency. You can be provided with details of or delete the data we hold under your name at any given time, simply email us via email@example.com or call us on 0117 9420439. We prefer you to use the secure transaction services to make credit card transactions since this service is completely independent of our organisation and your credit card details are not divulged to us at any time.
Applicable law and courts of jurisdiction
All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to the English Legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts.
The Little Dancers Ltd's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by The Little Dancers Ltd to the customer. Copyright in the design, text, graphics and photographs contained in the website is held by The Little Dancers Limited.
In the event of disagreement between The Little Dancers Limited and its clients which cannot be mutually resolved in a reasonable time period, the Institute of Directors (UK) may be asked by either party, subject to the agreement of the other party to the dispute, to appoint a mediator to settle the dispute before bringing the matter into the legal process. In this event, both parties agree to be bound by the decisions of such mediator and mediation process.
